A sponsorship declaration form is a form of invitation which the sponsor has to sign in front of a solicitor declaring that he or she can support and accommodate the applicant for a visitor visa or for a settlement visa. For visitor visa applications there is no income limitations or financial threshold requirements but for settlement visa the sponsor has to prove that he or she is earning 18600 per annum.
