Immigration Appeal

An immigration appeal is acted upon when the Home Office has refused your application, and you now wish to appeal to the First-Tier Tribunal. The tribunal is independent of the government and takes both sides of the argument into consideration before making an educated decision. If you do wish to apply for an immigration appeal it is highly advised you get a legal representative and professional advice before submitting any forms.
