Immigration Law
Immigration Law is focused solely on the rules and regulations for foreign nationals entering the UK for any reason, this could be, but not limited to seeking an asylum (please see asylum tab for further details), business, visiting relatives, study, or vacation.
At DALSUN solicitors we take immigration issues very seriously as if the issue is not dealt with or the right application is not sent on time and in the correct procedure, the repercussions can be as severe as deportation, therefore we strive to work on such cases efficiently to meet deadlines, and produce a positive outcome.
We advise on the following cases within immigration law:

Please note that Home Office can and often do change the requirements at very short notice, and it is paramount you get the form correct, therefore to avoid any discrepancy or uncertainty it is best to get a legal representative to communicate with Home Office on your behalf, as this will ensure all of the correct information, and documentation is present before the application is sent off, furthermore the representative can advise and appeal if there is a refusal of your application. Obtaining a legal representative prior to sending off an application is beneficial to ensure accuracy and thoroughness, as well as providing you peace of mind.
Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you are unsure about any applications that need to be made to Home Office or you require more information about our services.
