To complete a transfer of property application, it takes us 3-4 hours and we always charge fixed fees for transfer of property applications. At present, we charge £800.00 + VAT for one property transfer. This includes HM Land Registry fees for transfer. The HM Land Registry fee usually depends upon the value of your property.
