PLEASE NOTE

The fees quoted are exclusive of VAT. Kindly note that where applicable, VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate, which is currently 20%.

Counsel Fees and Disbursements are to be paid separately in addition to our fees. Examples of disbursements: Home Office Fees, Application Fees, IHS, Court Fees, Expert Report Fees, Interpreter/Translation Charges, DNA Tests etc.

The fees quoted exclude in person attendance at the Home Office premium appointments/interviews, visa office etc.

These suggested fixed fees are for standard applications and may have to be revised upwards if the matter is of a complex nature, requires additional work or we are instructed at the last moment for urgent work.
